New Milwaukee Magazine Highlights Hospitality Industry
Milwaukee, WI (PRWEB) October 28, 2007 -- The Milwaukee Alcoholmanac, a magazine whose title is a combination word of "alcohol" and "almanac," has hit the streets of Milwaukee. The new magazine showcases local bars, restaurants, hotels and other entertainment hotspots.
"Milwaukee has a lot to offer its citizens," says founder Brian West, "We're here to provide simply the best resource for information on Milwaukee's hospitality and entertainment industry."
"Properly marketing a bar, for example, can be tricky." West goes on to say, "The main difference between one bar and another is its atmosphere. That's what makes a bar unique, and that's why people go to it. Too often I see ads, beautiful though they may be, informing me of all the drink specials and basic contact information for the bar, but it tells me nothing about how the bar looks or feels. Market the atmosphere! That's what we help our clients do, and we pair it with content that helps draw the customer in. Everybody wins. There should be no losers in advertising and often, sadly, that is not the case."
Readers can enjoy articles such as "Mixology 101," "He Said/She Said" -- an advice column on the nightlife featuring nationally recognized comedian Steve Hofstetter -- "Nightlife Horoscopes," reviews of bars and restaurants, "Featured Bartender" and a featured interview every issue.
"We also have the "Hangover Forecast," a calendar of events in Milwaukee by which readers can plan their own social calendars. It features local parties, music events and, if there is nothing big going on that day, we mention famous birthdays or strange holidays. There is always something to celebrate," says West.
The Milwaukee Alcoholmanac can be found at local bars, restaurants and liquor stores and is free to the public. It is published six (6) times yearly. The newest issue of the Milwaukee Alcoholmanac is now available. Power Boats- The Basic Facts
A motor boat is generally a ship other than a sailing boat or a personal watercraft, propelled by an internal combustion engine leading one to travel out of jet or an engine. However, the international payments to prevent collisions at sea define it as an any ship propelled by machines. An outboard motor boat is a small motor boat designed to move quickly, used in the races, to draw from the skiers of water, like high-speed motorboats, and bus the fast ships armed with attack by the soldiers.
